 Drunken driver: Bagley Road

A complainant called police at 9:42 a.m. Feb. 5 about an intoxicated driver who had just left the Friendship gas station.

Police found the car on Cook Road and stopped it. Police had the motorist complete field sobriety tests. The driver did not perform them well and was arrested for drunken driving. The motorist also had two warrants.

Officers found a small amount of illegal narcotics when the car was inventoried prior to it being towed.
